Abstract:
This paper regards the GDP per capita and market potential as indicators of economic growth and its spillover effect index respectively, and based on space measurement method investigates 285 prefecture-level cities' 2004-2013 economic growth spillovers variation over time and geographical distanceThe results are as follows: on one hand, the spillover effect of economic growth increases with the passage of time, on the other hand, decreases as the geographical distance increases.We find that spillover effect is strong within 800 km and strongest within 300 km, while over 800 km, the spillover effect becomes indirect.It shows that the most effective space overflow ranges in scope from one to two provinces.Compared with prefecture-level cities's administrative boundaries, the provincial administrative boundaries have a more obvious effect on economic growth spatial spillover.

摘要:
本文将人均GDP和市场潜能作为表征经济增长及其溢出效应的指标,基于空间计量方法考察了我国285个地级市2004-2013年经济增长溢出效应随时间和地理距离的变化规律。研究结果表明,经济增长的溢出效应一方面随时间推移整体增强,另一方面随地理距离的增加而减弱,其中300公里内为密集溢出区,800公里以内为有效溢出区、以外为间接溢出区,说明经济增长最有效的空间溢出范围在一到两个省的范围内,与地级市的行政界线相比,省级行政界线对经济增长空间溢出的阻碍作用更明显。
