Industrial Integration between Zhejiang and Taiwan from the Perspective of Global Value Chain

Abstract

Abstract:

The signing of the ECFA in 2010 and the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiatives in 2013 provide new historical opportunities for Cross-Strait Industrial Integration. With the continuous development of regional economy, Global Value Chain (GVC) has also become an important factor affecting the mode of industrial integration. From the perspective of GVC, this paper makes a thorough study on the industrial division and industrial integration of Zhejiang and Taiwan and then provides some feasible suggestions for further industrial cooperation between the two regions.

摘要：

2010年ECFA的签署和2013年“一带一路”倡议的提出为两岸产业融合提供新的历史机遇和政策推力。随着区域经济不断发展,全球价值链亦成为影响产业融合模式的重要因素。本文基于全球价值链的视角,依照“产业分工地位→产业分工态势→产业融合模式选择”的逻辑,分析浙江和台湾两地的产业内分工地位和分工态势,并基于分工地位与分工态势的不同“匹配”模式提出三种产业融合的模式选择。最后,对深化两地产业合作和融合给出一些可行性的措施建议。
