Abstract: Faced with a complex, changeable, and highly uncertain project environment, human-robot collaboration provides collaborative models innovative opportunities and new paths for project teams to cope with adverse event impacts and overcome scenario constraints. Based on the resource dependence theory, and knowledge based view, this paper explored the impact mechanism of human-robot collaboration on project team resilience in the context of digitalization, and discussed the moderating and mediating effects of knowledge potential difference and resource acquisition. Furthermore, this paper also examined the research model through the analysis of the data of 245 project teams on the smart construction site. The results show that human-robot collaboration has a significant positive impact on team resilience; resource acquisition plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between human-robot collaboration and team resilience; and knowledge potential difference plays a significant moderating role in the relationship between human-robot collaboration and project team resilience. The study has systematically revealed the mechanism of human-robot collaboration on project team resilience in project scenarios, providing references for the governance of human-robot collaboration in project teams in the context of digitalization.

摘要: 面对复杂多变和高度不确定的环境,人机协作为项目团队应对不利事件冲击和突破场景约束提供了协同模式创新机遇与新路径。本文基于资源依赖理论和知识基础观,面向项目场景深入探究人机协作对项目团队韧性的影响机制,并讨论了资源获取和知识势差的作用。利用245份智慧工地项目团队数据对研究模型进行检验,结果表明:项目场景中人机协作可以提升项目团队韧性,资源获取在人机协作与项目团队韧性之间起部分中介作用,知识势差在人机协作对项目团队韧性的正向影响中发挥调节作用。本研究系统地揭示了项目场景中人机协作对项目团队韧性的影响机制,为数智化情境中项目团队人机协作治理提供参考。
