The Theoretical Conception and Empirical Analysis of Dividing Consumption Type in the Perspective of Happiness

幸福视角划分消费类型的理论构想与实证解析

Abstract: The paper put forward the hypothesis that the differences of consumption type are the dominant factors which lead to the difference of happiness. Based on this hypothesis, the paper introduced a new perspective to divide consumption types. At the same time, applied structure equation analytical method empirically examines the conduction mechanism between consumption types and happiness. The results showed that consumption is the main factor which influence happiness index significantly; different consumption types led to different conduction paths. It means that limited improve happiness consumption had no significant effect on current happiness or future happiness; excepted improve happiness consumption only affected expected future happiness index significantly; sustainably improve happiness consumption affected current happiness index significantly and directly. It also affected expected future happiness index by way other factors in directly.

摘要: 文章假设消费类型差异是引致幸福差异的主导因素之一。基于此,文章提出以幸福的可持续增益性来划分消费类型的新视角,并应用结构方程模型探析消费类型与幸福之间的传导机理。研究发现,消费是影响幸福的主导因子,不同的消费类型会引致不同的幸福传导路径,即有限增益幸福型消费对目前幸福和未来幸福预期都没有显著影响;期望增益幸福型消费仅对未来幸福预期有显著影响;只有可持续增益幸福型消费对目前幸福有显著影响,同时也通过间接途径影响着未来幸福预期。
