Abstract: The industry of the internet of things of Jiangsu and Guangdong are developing faster in China. But they have their own characteristics. This paper has comparatively analyzed the feature and advantage of two provinces. It also finds the bottleneck that restricts development of industry of the internet of things between two provinces. The authors then put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to offer some beneficial thoughts to meet the improvement of industry of the internet of things on the two regions，even on the whole country.

摘要： 江苏和广东是我国物联网产业发展较快的两个省份，在发展中各具特点。本文详细分析比较了两省发展物联网产业的特点和优势，揭示了制约两省物联网产业发展的瓶颈和各自的相对劣势，探讨了促进两省物联网产业发展的对策建议，以期对苏粤两省乃至其他省份物联网产业发展提供有益的思路。
