Abstract: Nowadays, research concerned about the upgrading of industrial clusters puts more and more emphasis on the digging of interior upgrading mechanism. Under this background, based on the cluster network theory, we analyzed the knowledge learning and upgrading mechanism amid clusters with the variables of network. Firstly, we studied the four different features of upgrading and the force for each concerned. Secondly, we analyzed the core of endogenous industrial clusters——knowledge learning and upgrading mechanism of the firm, the mechanism of multiple agents’ action on the upgrading of industrial, and the coupling mechanism of both firms and other multiple agents, then we proposed the research model. finally, the paper also investigated the validity and explanatory power of the model. The research imply that under the support of the endogenous industrial cluster multi-agent knowledge network, the relationship between multiple agents is in favor of the implementation of interactive learning and exploration learning. Moreover, it will benefit the knowledge-innovation and ultimately affect the updating of industrial clusters.

摘要： 目前，产业集群升级方面的研究越来越关注对集群内部升级机制的挖掘。在此背景下，本文运用集群网络理论，依据内生型产业集群知识网络的结构嵌入和关系嵌入特征对集群中的知识学习和更新机制进行了分析。首先研究了产业集群升级的四个不同属性主体及其各自发挥的不同作用力，其次分析了作为内生型产业集群网络的核心——企业主体的知识学习和更新机制，多元主体对产业集群升级的作用机制以及集群企业主体与起支撑作用的其他主体作用力的耦合机制，并提出了研究模型。最后，本文对研究模型的有效性和解释力进行了验证。研究表明，在内生型产业集群多元主体知识网络支撑下，各主体间的连接关系有利于集群企业利用式学习、探索式学习的实施，以进一步促进集群的知识创新，最终影响产业集群的升级。
