中国企业家的终极关怀:探索性分析与群体细分

Abstract: Entrepreneurs' ultimate concern is the management philosophy proposition, it made the entrepreneur toward "ultimate goal" and pursuit continually with self-conscious to achieve comprehensive and free development. Through the questionnaire survey of 587 Chinese entrepreneurs, Chinese entrepreneur's ultimate care contains three dimensions: Altruism contribution and achievement superego; Wealth reputation, reveal the I; Competitive integration, challenge themselves. According to three entrepreneurs ultimate care factor score for clustering analysis, four types of entrepreneurship is the integration of competition oriented, altruism contribution respectively-oriented, wealth, reputation oriented, ultimate care disengaged. Now more entrepreneurs group did not think or practice related problems of ultimate care.Type the four types of entrepreneurs and enterprises and entrepreneurs type variables for general correspondence analysis, get more precise based on the entrepreneur's business segment and type traits,Entrepreneurs who have faith pay more attention to altruism, the entrepreneurs of state-owned enterprises are more likely to indifference of ultimate care, enterprise entrepreneurs of medium-sized and chips are more prestige, highly educated entrepreneurs group to pay more attention to the competition and integration.

摘要: 企业家终极关怀是管理哲学命题,它使得企业家朝着“终极目标”而不断地自觉追求,达到全面自由的发展。经过对587位中国企业家的问卷调查,中国企业家的终极关怀包含三个构成维度:利他贡献、成就超我;财富声望、彰显本我;竞争整合、挑战自我。根据三个企业家终极关怀因子的得分再进行聚类分析,四类企业家群体分别是竞争整合导向型、利他贡献导向型、财富声望导向型、终极关怀淡漠型。目前更多的企业家群体并没有认真思考过、践行过终极关怀的相关问题。将这四类企业家群体与企业类型变量和企业家类型变量进行广义对应分析,得到更为确切的基于企业家德商的细分群体及类型特征,有信仰的企业家更注重利他贡献,国有企业的企业家更容易淡漠终极关怀,企业中等规模、处于成长期的企业家更注重财富声望,高学历企业家群体对更注重竞争整合。
