服务贸易知识溢出的环境效应:基于中国的经验研究

The Knowledge Effect from Service Trade to Environment:Empirical Analysis Based on Chinese Sample

摘要: 本文针对服务贸易非物化型知识溢出的地理属性,对经典环境库兹涅茨曲线嵌入服务贸易知识外溢变量后将其扩容为空间结构,基于中国样本的检验结果显示,服务贸易非物化型知识溢出降低贸易所在地废气污染水平,还降低贸易所在地以外区域的废气污染水平;废气污染同时与所在地区及其他区域的经济发展构成倒U型曲线关系,但当前中国经济发展水平还未同时逾越空间双倒U型曲线“拐点”所要求的激发清洁生产技术自主创新的门槛值。因此,政策建议需重视生产性服务业、提升服务贸易比重、消除服务贸易隐性知识空间流动的地理和经济阻碍因素。

Abstract: The existing environmental researches on service trade have ignored technology spillover. Based on geographical property of un-embodied technology from service trade, this paper transforms the classical linear model of Environment Kuznets Curve with non-linear structure after including a variable of technology spillover. The study with a Chinese sample finds the following: (1) Spatial spillover of un-embodied technology from service trade reduces the level of industrial waste gas both in local and adjacent areas; (2)Reverse U-shaped curve is found not only between local pollution level of industrial waste gas and local economic growth, but also between local pollution level of industrial waste gas and economic growth of adjacent regions; Present economic growth of Chinese provinces has not reached the threshold figure required by zeniths of spatial double reverse U-shaped curve. Finally it is suggested to develop producer services, increase service trade and reduce the obstacles of un-embodied technology spatial spillover.
