摘要:伴随经济体制改革的进一步深化,基本公共服务已成为彰显我国社会公平和正义的重要领域。义务教育作为基本公共服务的重要组成部分之一,其均等化程度不仅影响当代人的生存权和发展权,更成为影响代际公平的主要原因。以2004-2013年作为样本期,运用多元统计分析中的因子分析法在构建基础教育综合评价指标体系的基础上动态考察我国基础教育地区差距问题,分析了形成当前基础教育差距格局的主要原因并提出相关对策和建议。

Abstract:

Abstract:With the economic system reform deepening,basic public service has becoming important area as delegating of social equality and justice in china.Compulsory education as one of the important part of basic public service,the degree of equalization has being the primary cause not only to the rights of living and developing of contemporary people but also to the intergenerational equality.The sample period from 2004 to 2013,Paper analysis the problem about regional disparity of basic education based on comprehensive index-system evaluate through using the factor analysis method and the causes of forming the current pattern ,then put forward countermeasures and suggestion.
