Abstract:

This paper constructs co-occurrence matrix,similarity matrix,dissimilarity matrix on the basis of high-frequency keywords.Then by conducting cluster analysis,the author confirms the groups of local government debt between home and abroad.Meanwhile,according to the centrality and density of those groups,we draw strategic coordinate graph of local government debt between home and abroad.The results show that the content of local government debt between home and abroad is the same in essentials while differing in minor points.Foreign academia is more advanced than domestic academia in the aspects of methodology in the research of local government debt.What's more,the central and undeveloped field of the research of local government debt in Chinese academia is local government debt risk,whereas the central and undeveloped area of the research of local government debt in foreign academia is China's local government debt and fiscal decentralization.On this basis,the author assumes that it will also be the trend of international academia in the research of local government debt field.
