绿色供应链管理能提升企业可持续发展吗？

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在环境问题日益突出的背景下,聚焦企业绿色发展与可持续发展问题,深入探索绿色供应链管理对可持续竞争优势的影响具有重要意义。以自然资源基础观为基础,研究详细阐述了东北三省和长江三角洲企业供应链管理对绿色创新和可持续竞争优势的影响机制。实证结果表明,绿色供应链管理对可持续竞争优势有显著的正向影响,绿色创新在绿色供应链管理与可持续竞争优势之间起中介作用。知识共享和环境领导力正向调节绿色供应链管理对绿色创新的影响,并且知识共享与环境领导力正向调节绿色供应链管理通过绿色创新对可持续竞争优势的间接影响,但环境领导力对间接作用效果的影响更大。研究进一步完善了绿色供应链管理对企业可持续竞争优势的影响机制,能够为企业供应链管理实践提供有益启示。

Abstract: Under the background of increasingly prominent environmental issues, it is of great significance to focus on the issues of green development and sustainable development of enterprises and to deeply explore the impact of green supply chain management on sustainable competitive advantages. Based on the natural-resource-based view (NRBV), the study elaborates on the impact mechanism of supply chain management of enterprises on green innovation and sustainable competitive advantage in Northeastern China and the Yangtze River Delta. The empirical results show that green supply chain management has a significant positive impact on sustainable competitive advantages. Green innovation plays a mediating role between green supply chain management and sustainable competitive advantages. Knowledge sharing and environmental leadership can positively moderate the impact of green supply chain management on green innovation, and knowledge sharing and environmental leadership positively moderate the indirect impact of green supply chain management on sustainable competitive advantages through green innovation, but environmental leadership has a greater impact on indirect effects. The research further improves the impact mechanism of green supply chain management on the sustainable development of enterprises, and can provide useful enlightenment for enterprise supply chain management practices.
