数字化转型背景下平台企业社会责任的共生价值创造机制研究——基于山东农担的探索性案例

Research on the Symbiotic Value Creation of Platformcorporate Social Responsibility under the Background of Digital Transformation: Based on the Exploratory Case of Shandong Agricultural Guarantee Company

摘要: 以山东省农业发展信贷担保有限责任公司(简称山东农担)为单案例研究对象,引入共生理论和生态系统理论,采用扎根理论方法梳理平台企业数字化转型过程,探析数字化转型对平台型企业履责的影响过程以及平台企业社会责任的共生价值创造机制。研究表明,平台连接是创造平台企业社会责任共生价值的基础支撑,数据赋能是创造平台企业社会责任共生价值的价值路径,共生演化是平台企业社会责任共生价值的创造方式。平台企业社会责任由传统的“点对点”转变为“平台网络”与“共生系统”,平台履责实现多主体交互和良性互动,网络效应逐步增强,实现整个共生生态系统社会责任价值的创造与增值。本研究阐明平台企业社会责任基于大数据赋能的履责管理的高阶化演进过程,厘清企业社会责任平台生态中的多主体共生演化过程,创造平台企业社会责任的共生价值,有助于实现企业与环境的共生发展。

Abstract: With the popularization and application of digital technologies such as Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, platform economy and platform enterprises have become the forms of production and consumption. Under the background of digital transformation, platform enterprises have created a new economic model that can prompt both parties and even multi-party users to reach a transaction on the platform, which can effectively integrate multi-party superior resources to create comprehensive value. Through literature review, it is found that the existing studies discuss issues related to platform corporate social responsibility from different perspectives, but there is a lack of systematic interpretation of the co-evolution process of corporate social responsibility practice and various situational factors such as the Internet and big data.
Therefore, taking Shandong Agricultural Guarantee Company as the research object, this paper introduces symbiosis theory and ecosystem theory, combs the digital transformation process of platform enterprises by grounded theory, and expounds the role and function of digital transformation in the social responsibility system of platform enterprises, and explores the influence process of digital transformation on the performance of platform enterprises' social responsibilities and the symbiotic value creation mechanism of platform enterprises' social responsibilities from the perspective of symbiosis, with a view to contributing to the research of corporate social responsibilities from the perspective of symbiosis.
Through the research, the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly, the process of digital transformation affecting platform corporate social responsibility and realizing symbiotic value includes three mechanisms. (1)Platform connection is the basic support to create the symbiotic value of platform corporate social responsibility. Under the N1N industry-finance responsibility model, platform enterprises can break the information barrier between users and merchants and realize collaborative responsibility. (2)Data empowerment is the value path to create the symbiotic value of platform corporate social responsibility. On the basis of platform connection, data empowers the enterprise to complete the construction of data platform, empowers the merchant to achieve digital customer acquisition, and empowers the user to meet individual needs. (3)Symbiosis evolution is the way to create symbiotic value of platform corporate social responsibility. Platform corporate social responsibility can form a sustainable platform ecosystem through multi-agent interaction and symbiotic creation. In the platform ecosystem, multi-agent can share responsibility and mutual benefit, and can realize symbiotic value creation. Secondly, the evolution path of platform corporate social responsibility has changed from the traditional paradigm of “point-to-point” to “platform network” and “symbiotic system”. The platform fulfills its responsibilities by achieving multi-agent interaction and benign interaction, gradually enhancing the network effect, and achieving the creation and appreciation of the shared value of social responsibility in the entire symbiotic ecosystem. Digital transformation links users, platform enterprises and merchants through three steps: connection, empowerment and symbiosis. Network effects are generated among platform members due to the social responsibility ties of digital transformation, and social responsibility flows to every platform ecosystem participant along the network system. Social responsibility practice realizes multi-agent interaction and benign interaction, and the network effects are gradually enhanced, thus realizing symbiotic value creation.
This study aims to clarify the high-level evolution process of platform corporate social responsibility based on big data empowerment management, clarify the multi-agent symbiotic evolution process in the platform ecology of corporate social responsibility, and give play to the same-side and cross-side network effects of corporate social responsibility by avoiding the problems of simplification and linearization of corporate social responsibility value, so as to create the symbiotic value and synergistic value of platform corporate social responsibility and realize the mutual matching and symbiotic development between enterprises and the environment.
