S-O-R视角下业务数字化对企业绿色创新的影响——基于知识基和可持续导向的作用

摘要： 在数字时代,业务数字化既能帮助企业打破资源环境的限制,维持竞争优势,实现绿色发展,同时也可能导致创新能力下降。为厘清二者间关系,本文借助S-O-R理论,基于知识基础观,构建一个研究框架,并采用层级回归的方法,实证探究业务数字化对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现,业务数字化对企业绿色创新具有积极影响;知识基深度和知识基广度在二者间起部分中介作用;可持续导向对业务数字化与知识基和绿色创新均起正向调节作用。

Abstract: In the digital era, business digitization can not only help enterprises break the shackles of resources and environment, maintain competitive advantages and achieve green development, but also lead to the decline of innovation ability. To clarify the relationship between the two, this paper, based on the knowledge-based perspective, uses the S-O-R theory to construct a research framework, and uses hierarchical regression to empirically explore the impact of business digitization on corporate green innovation. The study findsthat business digitization has a positive impact on corporate green innovation, knowledge base depth and knowledge base breadth play a partial mediating role betweenthe two, andthe sustainability orientation has a positive moderating effect on business digitization, knowledge base and green innovation.
