民营企业家获得感对投资积极性的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Private Entrepreneurs' Sense of Gain on Investment Enthusiasm

摘要: 民营经济是共同富裕建设的基础力量,民营企业家的获得感与信心对其参与共同富裕建设的积极性与责任感起着关键作用。本研究通过对691位民营企业家的问卷调查,探讨民营企业家获得感对未来扩大企业投资规模的影响。结果发现,民营企业家获得感越强,越愿意扩大企业投资规模,投资积极性越高;受教育程度较高、担任政协委员和行会商会代表的企业家,其获得感对一年期投资积极性的作用更加突显;信心和幸福感是获得感影响投资积极性的两个中介因素,民营企业家获得感越强,经营发展信心越大,幸福感越高,未来越倾向于扩大企业投资。未来应着力在增强民营企业家获得感、提升民营企业家信心和优化营商环境等方面促进民营企业高质量发展,助力共同富裕顺利推进。

Abstract: The private economy is the basic force for the construction of common wealth, and the sense of gain and confidence of private entrepreneurs play a key role in their motivation and sense of responsibility to participate in the construction of common wealth. Using the questionnaire survey of 691 private entrepreneurs, this study explores the influence of private entrepreneurs' sense of gain on their future investment intention. The results find that the stronger the sense of gain of private entrepreneurs, the more willing they are to expand the scale of enterprise investment, and the higher their investment enthusiasm. This positive effect of the sense of gain on the willingness to invest in the coming year is more prominent among those private entrepreneurs who have higher education level, serve as CPPCC members and representatives of trade associations and chambers of commerce. Confidence and happiness are the two intermediary factors that influence the effect of sense of gain on investment enthusiasm. The stronger the sense of gain of private entrepreneurs, the more confidence they have in business development, the higher their sense of happiness, and the more willingness they demonstrate to expand the scale of the enterprise. In the future, efforts should be made to promote the high-quality development of private enterprises in terms of enhancing private entrepreneurs' sense of gain, boosting their confidence and optimizing the business environment, so as to help achieve the common wealth.
