Abstract: Abstract: In order to analyze the relationship among the income difference, the deepen capital of rural labor power and the urban and rural integration, this paperuses the income data of migrant workers, farmers, manufacturing and farming from 1985 to 2012. Based on the mathematical model analysis, it is found that the migrant workers, farmers, manufacturing and farming income gap exists convergence characteristics gradually reduced by the deepen of rural human capital, and the convergence of income gap promoted urban and rural integration. Besides, the main reason of rural human capital deepening is the education in China has already improved and the rural social has changed a lot. Therefore, expanding the number of years of compulsory education continuallyand implementing the new urbanization will further improve the rural human capital deepening, so as to speed up the integration of urban and rural areas.
