Abstract: The?complexity and universality of?controlling shareholders agency problem makes the research in this field multidisciplinary. Because of their?different emphasis,the conclusions is not always the same from different theoretical perspectives.?Based on this,? this article firstly analyses and compares the study on the controlling shareholders agency problems from the different theoretical perspectives . Then, based?on the?highly summarized and refined of the results of all the?theoretical perspective, we build up a theoretical research model for the agency problem of the controlling shareholders , and this will provide some reference?and inspiration for the?future related research.
