企业捐赠行为的影响因素:社会资本视角下的实证研究

Abstract: Clarifying the connation of the social capital, corporate social responsibility and company donation, based on the view of informal institution, using donation data of A-share listed companies in Wenchuan earthquake to check the impact of social capital on company donation. Empirical analysis shows in areas with higher levers of trust index, companies are more inclined to participate in donation, and donate more cash; in areas with higher levers of the density of social organizations, companies are more inclined to participate in donation. The research enriches the theory view of company donation and provides new explaining thinking of company donation behavior.

摘要: 阐明社会资本、企业社会责任和企业捐赠等相关概念基础上,基于非正式制度视角,利用我国A股上市公司汶川地震捐赠数据实证分析了社会资本对企业捐赠的影响机制。研究结果表明:在信任指数较高的地区,企业更倾向于参与捐赠,并且捐赠现金金额较高;在社会组织密度较高的地区,企业更倾向于参与捐赠。研究结论丰富了企业捐赠研究领域的理论视角,并为我国企业的捐赠行为提供了新的解释思路。
