超市农产品供应链封闭化运行模式研究

Abstract: Supermarkets have a big advantage in the quality and safety of farm produce, which have gradually become the main access to edible agricultural products for urban families. To better control food quality and safety, it’s necessary and workable for supermarkets to innovate its supply chain of agricultural products by building a closed supply chain operation mode. This operation mode is the integration of three operation procedures, namely: market entry, multilevel inspection and information tracking.In order to research the implementation mechanism of this mode, this paper analyzes the implementation obstacles from three aspects based on the data collected from field investigations: external force, market pulling force and supermarket itself. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of this mode from the perspective of the government and that of the enterprises.

摘要:   超市农产品经营由于质量安全方面的优势,正逐渐成为居民家庭采购食用农产品的主渠道。为更好管控质量安全问题,超市有必要也有条件创新农产品供应链,构建供应链封闭化运行模式。该模式由市场准入、多级检测、信息追溯三个流程整合而成。为进一步探索该模式的实施机制, 本文结合调查数据,从外在推力、市场拉力及企业自身三个方面对实施障碍进行了剖析, 最后从政府和企业两个角度提出了推进超市农产品供应链封闭化运行模式实施的政策建议。
