基于技术能力成长的企业创新网络演化——以博威合金股份有限公司为例

Abstract: From the dynamic perspective of technological capacity growth, the article explores the development mechanism of innovation network in enterprises. From the case of Power way Alloy Material Co., Ltd, the article shows that in stage of technology absorption, innovation network focus on formation of technical learning team to strengthen integrated conversion of peer advanced crafts knowledge. In stage of technological improvements, the emphasis turns to the formation of inter-departmental technical development team and the supply chain information exchange platform to strengthen the convergence transformation of the new applications demand information and internal technology development capability. In independent research stage, the focus turns to the standardized construction of internal innovation organizations and the building of external multi-level cooperation platform to enhance the integrated conversion of industry knowledge of basic science and cutting-edge technology, high-end R & D and innovation management personnel and the steady innovation funding.

摘要: 从技术能力成长的动态视角,探讨企业创新网络发展机理,并通过博威合金的案例研究,提出其在技术吸收阶段,创新网络重点是组建技术学习型团队,加强对同行先进技术知识的吸收转化;技术改进阶段,重点是组建跨部门技术开发团队和供应链信息交流平台,推动内部创新源整合与外部行业应用信息的衔接转化;自主研发阶段,通过内部创新组织规范化和外部创新联盟建设,加强行业基础知识、高端研发管理人才和持续性创新资本的集成转化。
