Abstract: Under the background that the regional logistics development is not balanced，we constructed the evaluation index system of supply and demand system of balanced development of regional logistics based on the CVA methods.Then Using DEA model and the balanced development model,decompose analyzed the regional differences of logistics of eight large area of 31 provinces during 2007-2011within and between the systems ,compared the construct validity and the scale validity of supply and demand system.The results showed that the logistics development presented the obvious space gradient and regional imbalance in the eight region,the balance of regional logistics was positive related to the development economic development levels;Then we also founded that the balance of regional logistics was mainly composed by production input and output structure,the scale of development within and between the systems,the structure and the scale of supply and demand had obvious differences in different regional.

摘要： 在区域物流发展不平衡的背景下，基于现金增加值法(CVA)从物流供需角度构建了区域物流供需系统均衡发展的评价指标体系，采用DEA模型和均衡发展模型，对我国31个省市八大区域2007-2011年物流的区域差异进行了系统内和系统间的分解分析，对供需系统的结构效度和规模效度进行了比较。结果表明：我国八大区域的物流发展呈现出了明显的区域不平衡性和空间梯度性，区域物流发展的均衡性与经济发展水平正相关；区域物流系统发展的均衡性主要由系统内和系统间要素的投入产出结构、发展规模双重因素影响，不同地区的供需结构和供需规模都有明显的差异性。
