Abstract: New enterprises of small and micro-size always lack of resources, and have to obtain resources from their business network, therefore, network capability has become an important factor affecting the entrepreneurial performance, but the influence mechanism of network capability on entrepreneurial performance need to be revealed. This paper puts forward the theoretical model of “network capability, absorptive capacity and growth performance”, and takes 141 small and micro businesses as a sample to empirical analysis. The results showed that, the capacity of network construction, embedding and relationship management all have significant effect on absorptive capacity. Also, the capacities of network construction and embedding have significant influence on growth performance, but relationship management capacity doesn’t have significant effects on growth performance. Entrepreneur’s absorptive capacity has significant effect on growth performance, and it plays some intermediary role between the network embeddedness capability and growth performance, while it plays full intermediary role between the relationship management capability and growth performance.

摘要： 新创小微企业往往资源匮乏，需要从外部网络关系中获取所需资源，创业者的网络能力就成为影响企业成长的重要因素，但是网络能力对新企业绩效影响机理的“黑箱”有待进一步打开。为此本文从创业者能力的异质性出发，提出了“网络能力—吸收能力—成长绩效”的作用路径，并以141家小微企业为样本进行实证分析，结果发现：网络构建能力、网络嵌入能力和关系管理能力对吸收能力都具有显著影响；网络构建能力和网络嵌入能力对成长绩效具有显著影响，而关系管理能力对成长绩效的影响不显著；吸收能力对成长绩效具有显著影响，并且吸收能力在网络嵌入能力与成长绩效之间起到部分中介作用，在关系管理能力与成长绩效之间起到完全中介作用。
