Abstract: this paper based on the regional level and analyzes the evolution characters and countermeasures of regional marine industrial structure in China from 2001 to 2012. The result shows that the regional Marine industrial structures have sharp difference between each other and their development models are incompatible. At the meantime, the analysis based on the sustainable development and resources endowments indicate there have different degrees of unreasonable marine industrial structures. Finally, this paper divides the 11 coastal regions into five areas and puts forward optimization strategies for marine industrial structures by adjusting measures to local conditions.

摘要： 本文立足于地区层面，分析了2001-2012年我国海洋经济产业结构的演变特征，并进行了相应的对策研究。结果发现：我国区域海洋产业结构差异明显且发展模式不一。同时，基于资源禀赋差异和可持续发展的分析表明各地区海洋产业结构存在不同程度的不合理。最后，针对上述分析，将沿海11个地区划分为五个区域，“因地制宜”的提出了地区海洋产业结构的优化对策。
