Abstract: 　　　Abstract:Based on the fact that China is in urgent need of transforming economic development mode which is greatly affected by county economy, this essay explains the problems of the transformation of the county economic development by analyzing the current situation of economic development of counties in Zhejiang. In the mean time, we try to find out the potential causes, this essay proposes several fiscal and taxation policies to promote the transformation of the county economy on the basis of foreign advanced experience.

摘要： 摘 要：基于我国经济发展方式转变的迫切性和县域经济在此问题上的重要性，本文通过分析浙江县域经济发展的现状，揭示县域经济转型中存在的问题，探究问题的成因，在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上，提出一系列促进县域经济发展方式转变的财税对策。
