Abstract: This paper analyzes the impact of international division within products on China’s labor income shares theoretically by extending the model of Jones, Kierzkowski (2001) and Jones (2005). Then an empirical study is made based on the panal data of China’s 16 industries during the period of 1995-2009. The result shows that participation in the international division within product has a significant negative effect on the labor income shares in China, and this negative effect is more significant in industries with higher capital intensity. In addition, technology upgrading, the increase of foreign direct investment and the reform of state-owned enterprises also can explain the decline in the labor income shares, while the export can significantly improve the labor income shares.

摘要： 文章首先通过扩展Jones、Kierzkowski(2001)与Jones(2005)的模型从理论上探讨产品内国际分工对劳动力收入份额的影响，并结合中国工业行业1995-2009年面板数据进行实证分析，结果表明：参与产品内国际分工对中国工业行业劳动力收入份额产生显著的负向影响，并且这种负向效应在资本密集度越高的行业越显著，另外，技术进步、外商直接投资增加、国有企业改革也是劳动力收入份额下降的重要原因，而总量贸易方面，企业出口可以显著提高劳动力收入份额。
