Abstract: Abstract:: From Finance competition to Finance Cooperation is the inevitable trend, the cooperation within competition becomes the general trend. We ought to encourage it. As far as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei be concerned, the normalized local government finance cooperation will certainly become the "key" to break difficult problem derived from Finance confuse competition. Based on this, the paper theoretically analyzes the necessity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei financial cooperation between the government and the reality. In order to achieve the harmonious development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle, this paper probes into some countermeasures for the relevant financial behavior coordination.
