Abstract: The multi-channel retail model that integrates online retailing with offline stores becoming the developing trend of global retailing. Synergic effect of online-offline logistics system is directly related to the performance of multi-channel retailers. Based on the symbiosis, this paper explained the meanings of online-offline logistics symbiont and proposed the model of its construction. The model shows that multi-channel retailers should select proper symbiosis object, online logistics system, which is complementary in ability and correspondent in culture with offline logistics system; improve core competence of online logistics and offline logistics; keep symbiosis interface of online-offline logistics smooth.
摘要: 结合了线上零售与传统实体门店的多渠道零售模式正成为全球零售业发展的趋势。线上线下物流系统的有效协同关系到多渠道零售商的绩效。文章基于共生视角提出线上线下物流共生体这一概念,依据共生能量产生的原理提出了线上线下物流共生体的构建模型。模型表明,多渠道零售商应选择能够实现能力互补的线上、线下物流系统作为共生单元;要不断提升线上、线下物流系统这两个共生单元的核心能力;要保持线上、线下物流系统共生界面的畅通。
