A Simulation Research of Biopharmaceutical SMEs’ Capacity Construction Type and Its Mechanism: a Perspective of Open Innovation

开放式创新视角下企业能力作用机理的仿真研究----以中小型生物制药企业为例

Abstract: This paper constructs an integrated research model of firms’ capacity mechanism under the background of open innovation by applying Lichtenthaler’s capability-based framework for open innovation. Through a method of literature review, this research introduces three main capacity construction types of the high-tec SMEs including: R&D oriented, net cooperation oriented and absorption desorption oriented and identifies biopharmaceutical SMEs which are on the front line of innovation, possess typical capacity characteristics as absorption desorption oriented. Through a method of dynamic simulation, this paper studies and compares biopharmaceutical SMEs’s performances under different environmental turbulences during continuous innovation processes. Research finds out that biopharmaceutical SMEs have the best performances under a turbulent environment.

摘要: 本研究采用Lichtenthaler基于流程的能力框架,构建开放式创新背景下企业能力作用机理的研究模型。通过文献研究识别出研发主导型、网络合作型和吸收释放型是科技型中小企业的3种典型的能力类型,处于创新活动前沿的中小型生物制药企业具有典型的吸收释放型的能力特点。本文以中小型生物制药企业为研究对象,采用动态仿真的研究方法,对其在不同环境下,连续创新过程中的表现进行对比和研究。研究发现,中小型生物制药企业在动荡的环境下有着最佳的收益和表现。
