人力资本与外出农民工职业选择——基于河南省三县市调研数据的实证分析

Abstract: Based on the migrant workers of three county of Henan Province, human capital characteristics and occupation selection survey data, using multivariate normal logit model to analyze the influences on the characteristics of migrant workers' human capital and their occupation selection. The results show that education, whether trained for migrant workers to obtain or engage with strong upward mobility, social prestige occupation high impact is very significant; Meanwhile, more low-level human capital characteristics of migrant workers mainly in manufacturing, construction and hotels catering and other low-level professional jobs. Believe that should be improve the current human capital characteristics of migrant workers, and to be further deepen the study of issues were discussed briefly.

摘要: 本文基于对河南省三县外出农民工人力资本特征与职业选择的调查数据,运用多元正态logit模型,分析了外出农民工人力资本特征对其职业选择的影响。研究结果表明:受教育程度、是否接受过培训对外出农民工获取或从事具有向上流动性强、社会声望高的职业影响十分显著;同时,更多低水平人力资本特征的外出农民工主要集中于制造、建筑业和宾馆餐饮等低层次职业就业。认为应基于目前外出农民工人力资本特征进行有针对性的改善提高,并对有待进一步深化研究的问题进行了讨论。
