Abstract: Using E-G Index, this paper measured the agglomeration level of E＆C industry in time, space and internal industrious structure. This paper presents: From 2005 to 2012, E＆C industry shows obvious concentration nationwide. In internal industry, upstream industries strongly agglomerated while this phenomenon didn’t exist in middle and downstream industries. The agglomeration showed a slowly increase from 2005 to 2012 as a whole; however it appeared variously in structure and districts. Spatially, in western area, the upstream of E＆C industry existed a strong agglomeration, and parts of the industries concentrated respectively in eastern, central and northeastern regions without a regular pattern yet. According to our research, some policy advises are given concerning the optimization and promotion of E＆C industry, to quicken the transitional development in resource cities and areas.

摘要： 采用E-G指数，从产业、时间和空间三个维度测度中国2005年至2012年能源化工产业的集聚状况。得出以下结论：能源化工产业在全国范围内集聚现象显著，产业内部，上游行业集聚水平非常高，中游和下游集聚现象不明显；时间上，从2005年到2012年全国范围内能源化工产业集聚水平呈缓慢上升趋势，行业层面和区域层面在时间上呈现多样性发展特征；空间分布上，西部地区上游行业集聚程度非常高，部分行业在东部、中部和东北部都呈现出集聚现象，但并没有一定的规律。依据研究结果，讨论给出促进能源化工产业优化升级，加快资源型城市经济转型发展的相关政策建议。
