Abstract: Explore the generation mechanism of employee’s innovation performance from values perspective. This study using paired survey questionnaires from 430 employees, the empirical results from hierarchical multiple regression found that (1) Competence and growth work value (Competence) has a significant positive impact on innovation performance. (2) The ability-fit and work autonomy all had a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between Competence and innovation performance. (3) The interaction of ability-fit and work autonomy also had a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between Competence and innovation performance.

摘要: 研究从价值观的新视角,探讨员工创新绩效的产生机制。使用配对问卷调查法,获得430名员工的研究数据。采用层级回归分析处理数据,结果表明:(1)能力与成长工作价值观对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;(2)工作能力匹配和工作自主性都对能力与成长工作价值观和创新绩效之间的关系起到正向调节作用;(3)工作能力匹配和工作自主性的交互也对能力与成长工作价值观和创新绩效之间的关系也起到正向调节作用。
