Abstract: Green supply chain management (GSCM) practicing mode has become one of the hot topics to scholars and managers. Because buyers increasingly expected purchasing behavior and the supply chain operation is conducive to environmental protection. Pressuring and monitoring suppliers to become more environmentally responsible dominates the coercive approach to GSCM. In contrast, a cooperative approach is associated with training and helping suppliers to become ‘greener’. In this study, we draw on institutional theory, and probe into the mode selection of green supply chain management practicing, the results show that coercive and cooperative mode choice depends on the institutional pressure (mimetic, normative and coercive) and downstream customers demand for green supply chain management. Through the analysis of the survey data of 262 companies, results reveal that the coercive or cooperative mode selection of green supply chain management practice is driven by different factors: Institutional pressure significantly determines the cooperative green supply chain management; And coercive mode in a larger extent, is driven by the downstream customer demand, the downstream customer needs adjust the cooperative mode, but no significant effects have been found for coercive mode.

摘要： 由于采购商越来越期望采购行为和供应链运营有利于环境保护，绿色供应链管理（GSCM）实践模式成为学者和管理人员关注的热点问题之一。强制性绿色供应链管理的主导思想是向供应商施压并监测他们的行为从而使供应链流程变的更符合社会环保预期。相比之下，合作性绿色供应链管理更多的是通过培训并且帮助供应商使其成为“绿色成员”。本文借鉴制度理论探讨了绿色供应链管理实践模式的选择，论述了强制性和合作性模式的选择取决于制度性压力（模拟、规范和强制）和下游客户对绿色供应链管理的需求。通过分析262家公司的调查数据，揭示了强制性与合作性绿色供应链管理实践是由完全不同的因素驱动：制度压力明显决定着合作性绿色供应链管理；而强制性模式在更大程度上是由下游客户需求驱动，下游客户需求调节着合作性模式，但对于强制性模式却没有显著效应。
