Abstract: Firstly, this article use the data of CASIF and CCTS in 2000-2006, estimates the extent of Chinese enterprises to participate in the East Asian vertical specialization, the study results showed: 2000 - 2006 China's participation in East Asian vertical specialization degrees presents a rising trend, and this upward trend showed more inter-industry effects. On this basis, the paper estimated the spillover effect of enterprises to participate in the East Asian vertical specialization to firm productivity, results showed that: (1) Overall, the enterprises to participate in the East Asian vertical specialization TFP enterprises have a significant role in promoting firm productivity; (2) trade type、ownership type and industry feature are important factors of affect the productivity spillover of vertical specialization.

摘要： 本文首先使用2000-2006年中国工业企业数据库与中国工业企业数据库测算了中国企业参与东亚垂直专业化分工的程度，研究结果表明：2000-2006年中国参与东亚垂直专业化分工程度呈现一种上升的态势，并且这种上升的趋势更多的表现为一种产业间效应。在此基础上，本文估计了企业参与东亚垂直专业化分工对企业生产率的溢出效应，结果显示：(1)总体而言，企业参与东亚垂直专业化程度对企业的全要素生产率有着显著地促进作用;（2）企业参与东亚垂直专业化的贸易方式、企业所有制类型以及企业所属行业类型是影响垂直专业化生产率溢出效应的重要因素。
