FDI、能源效率与自主创新的空间外溢效应

Abstract: This paper constructs a SAR model to test the impact of FDI inflow and energy efficiency improvement on China's independent innovation by using the statistics of 30 provincial administrative regions from 2005 to 2014. The results show that as an important factor of capital investment, FDI can promote the independent innovation in the local area and can also produce obvious region spatial spillover effects on the independent innovation in the adjacent areas. As an important productive material input, the improvement of energy's efficiency has shown a positive impact on the local independent innovation and adjacent areas' independent innovation. At the same time, the spatial radiation effect of independent innovation among the provinces is also significant, and the regional innovation capability will be helpful to promote the improvement of regional innovation output. In order to enhance the level of green innovation in China and actively respond to the ‘13th Five-Year green strategy’, it is imperative to put more emphasis on attracting environmental friendly FDI and vigorously develop green energy technology.

摘要: 本文选取我国30个省级行政区2005~2014年的数据,对FDI流入及能源效率提升对我国自主创新的影响进行了空间面板SAR模型实证检验。研究结果显示,FDI流入作为重要的资本要素投入,对本地自主创新具有促进作用,而且对相邻地区的自主创新也存在较明显的空间外溢效应。而能源作为生产物质要素投入的重要组成,其效率的提升对本地自主创新及相邻地区的自主创新均显示积极影响。同时,省际之间自主创新的空间辐射效应也是显著的,创新能力较强的区域将有助于促进邻近区域创新产出的提升。为了提升我国绿色创新水平,积极响应“十三五绿色方略”,重点引进环境友好型FDI和大力研发绿色能源技术势在必行。
