全球价值链背景下制造业投入服务化对产业国际竞争力的提升效应——基于跨国-行业面板数据的经验研究

Abstract: Servitization is the key to realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. This paper use the WIOD input-output data and the trade value added accounting framework to calculate the complete consumption coefficient and RCA index of 14 manufacturing industries in 40 economies in the world from 1995 to 2011. Based on this, we use the GMM method to test empirically the impact of Input Servitization of Manufacturing on its international competitiveness. Results are as follows: In general, the Input Servitization of Manufacturing has significantly promoted the enhancement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, and the enhancement effect mainly displays through the export of intermediate products; In terms of service type, the producer services promote the international competitiveness of the total exports, intermediate exports and the final export; Consumption services will only significantly improve the realization of the final export, but the effect of the public service is not significant; The effect of the finance and leasing consulting industries as well as technical services servitization are greater than that of the retail and transport industries.

摘要: 基于贸易附加值核算框架,本文采用WIOD数据库1995~2009年跨国制造业面板数据,通过面板工具GMM方法实证检验制造业投入服务化对其国际竞争力的影响。研究结果发现,制造业投入服务化总体上显著促进制造业行业国际竞争力的提升,且该提升效应主要体现在制造行业中间品出口上;在细分服务类型上,生产性服务业对制造行业总出口、中间产品出口及最终品出口形式实现的国际竞争力均具促进作用,消费性服务业仅显著提高制造行业最终品出口,公共服务业对总出口和中间品出口产生不利影响,对最终品出口的影响不显著;金融、设备租赁及咨询、技术服务等商务服务业对制造行业国际竞争力的提升效应相对较大,而零售及交通运输的影响相对较小。
