Abstract: To rethink the attention-based model of the firm is of great necessity in digital networks since decision makers as well as their features of cognition are changing together with the development of self-organization in platforms. Focusing on the trend of decision makers changing from managers to employees in the digital world, as well as the need for building transactive memory system (TMS), this paper systematically sorts out the characteristics of employees' attention. Based on this, an extended attention-based model of the firm in the digital world is proposed by integrating the features of non-conscious attention. The model includes following three routes: the influence of selective attention and attention switch on the expertise part of TMS, the influence of attention switch on the flexibility part of TMS, and the facilitating effect of framing and the shared mental model on the relationship between attention switch and TMS. Future research directions are discussed as well based on the model.

摘要: 在数字网络环境下,企业决策主体和相应的注意力特征均发生了变化,这为企业注意力基础观研究提出了新要求。本研究聚焦数字世界中决策主体由管理者向员工变化这一趋势以及构建交互记忆系统的需求,系统梳理员工注意力特征,整合无意识加工的相关研究成果构建了数字网络环境下企业注意力基础观扩展模型。模型主要包括三条路径,分别是选择性注意逻辑与注意力转移逻辑共同影响交互记忆系统专业性、注意力转移逻辑影响交互记忆系统灵活性、以及框架和共享心智在注意力转移逻辑影响交互记忆系统路径中的促进作用,在此基础上,讨论了未来研究方向。
