Abstract: From the perspective of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry's participation in GVC and NVC, this paper builds a global and national value chain participation measurement frameworkthe dynamic change process of Zhejiang pharmaceutical manufacturing industry's participation in the “double cycle” of the value chain. On this basis, an empirical measurement of the industrial structure upgrade effect of Zhejiang pharmaceutical manufacturing industry's participation in the value chain is . The research results show that compared with the GVC, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of Zhejiang is more involved in the NVC, and the medicine manufacturing industry has more advantages in the value chain than the medical device manufacturing industry. different provinces in the Yangtze River Delta region that Shanghai has the highest degree of participation in GVC in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Anhui has the highest degree of participation in NVC, and Zhejiang is in the middle position. The effect of industrial structure changes indicates that the influence and inductance coefficients of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry are quite different before and after the improvement. Participating in the GVC has promoted the increase in the influence coefficient of medicine manufacturing industry. The growth of the added value of Zhejiang's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is mainly driven by the upgrading of the production structure, and the demand-pull role still needs to be further exerted.

摘要： 本文从医药制造业参与全球价值链(GVC)和国内价值链(NVC)分工的视角出发,构建省际医药制造业参与价值链“双循环”测度框架,分析浙江医药制造业参与价值链“双循环”的测度及其产业结构升级效应。结果显示,相较于GVC分工,考察期内浙江医药制造业更多地参与了NVC分工,且药品制造业比医疗器械制造业在价值链分工上更具优势;在长三角地区的不同省份中,上海参与GVC分工程度最高,安徽参与NVC分工程度最高,浙江均处于中间位置。进一步的研究发现,改进前后的浙江医药制造业的影响力系数与感应度系数的差别较大,参与GVC分工可促进浙江药品制造业影响力系数的提高,而参与GVC和NVC分工并未引发浙江医疗器械制造业影响力系数和感应度系数的提高。浙江医药制造业的增加值增长主要依靠生产结构升级拉动,需求的拉动作用仍有待发挥。
