Abstract: The deep integration of digital and physical technologies is a key driving force behind the transformation and reshaping of the economic structure, as well as the innovation breakthroughs in traditional industries such as manufacturing. It also accelerates the emergence of new quality productivity. This paper analyzes data from listed enterprises in China from 2010 to 2022, manually compiling new quality productivity data for the manufacturing sector. It innovatively discusses the impact of the deep integration of digital and physical technologies on new quality productivity from the perspective of micro-enterprises and further investigates the mechanism of interaction between the two. The research shows that the deep integration of digital and real technologies in the manufacturing industry is conducive to the development of new quality productivity. The mechanism test finds that the deep integration of digital and real technologies in the manufacturing industry mainly affects new quality productivity by improving management efficiency, product competitiveness and production efficiency. Heterogeneity analysis shows that in technology-intensive enterprises, enterprises with fierce market competition and enterprises in non-central cities, the deep integration of digital and real technologies in the manufacturing industry can significantly promote the development of new quality productivity. This paper provides new empirical evidence on the factors affecting the rapid development of new quality productivity, and has important implications for understanding how the deep integration of digital and real technologies in manufacturing affects the development of new quality productivity.

摘要: 数字技术与实体经济深度融合是重塑制造业等传统产业、推动创新并加速新质生产力涌现的关键动力。本文基于2010—2022年中国A股上市企业数据,构建制造业新质生产力指标,创新性地从微观企业视角实证检验数实融合对新质生产力的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,制造业数实融合显著促进了新质生产力发展。机制分析表明,该促进作用主要通过提升企业管理效能、增强产品竞争力与提高生产效率三条路径实现。异质性分析进一步揭示,数实融合对新质生产力的提升效应在技术密集型、市场竞争程度高及位于非中心城市的企业中更为显著。本文为理解新质生产力的影响因素提供了微观层面的新证据,对把握制造业数实融合驱动新质生产力发展的内在机理具有重要启示。
