Abstract: The effect of the network heterogeneity on enterprise’s innovation performance has caused the attention of scholars. However, a conclusion from existing research can be drawled that scholars have different views on the impact of heterogeneity on enterprise’s innovation performance. For this difference, the main reason is that existing studies did not consider another important network structural feature network density. We obtain the data through a questionnaire survey from 104 Xi'an High-tech companies. And the results show that the network heterogeneity has a positive influence on the innovation performance of enterprises; network density enhances the effect of the network heterogeneity on innovation performance of enterprises.

摘要： 网络异质性对企业创新绩效的影响引起了学者们的高度关注。然而，纵观已有研究，对于网络异质性如何影响企业创新绩效，学者们意见不一。对于这一分歧，主要是由于已有研究没有考虑网络组织的另一重要结构特征网络密度所造成的。通过对104家西安高新技术企业进行问卷调查获取数据，结果发现，网络异质性对企业的创新绩效具有正向的影响作用；网络密度加强了网络异质性对企业创新绩效的影响。
