Abstract: Niche evaluation and the choice of competitive strategy are important contents to cultivate the competitiveness of strategic emerging industry. Based on enterprise ecology, the relationship between ecological niche and the competitive strategy is researched. Mutation model and Niche evaluation theory are applied to analyze energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises from A-share Listed Company.

摘要: 生态位评价与竞争战略选择是培育节能环保产业竞争力的重要内容。基于企业生态学视角,循着企业生态战略观——生态位竞争战略需求——生态位评价维度——生态位因子分析的逻辑思路,对节能环保企业生态位与竞争战略关系进行研究。运用突变级数法对沪深A股上市节能环保公司生态位评价,计算企业生态位及其因子,分析生态位的战略含义,提出企业竞争战略选择。
