Abstract: As "the third profit source", Logistics plays a vital role in promoting the development of economy today. This paper summarizes the current supply-chain situation of enterprises in Ningbo City. Then a fourth logistics party collaborative model based on Multi-agent Systems was designed. The fourth party logistics（4PL） operator and commercial bank join as the system's dual-subject, reengineer and take credit guarantee throughout the supply chain, to ensure coordinated development of the entire supply chain. Finally the institutional innovation on the basis of 4PL’s supply-chain collaborative model is analyzed.

摘要： 物流作为“第三利润源”，对推动当今经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文总结并分析了宁波市企业目前的供应链状况，设计了基于Multi-agent系统的第四方物流协同模型，以第四方物流（4PL）运营商和商业银行作为系统的双主体，进行了供应链再造，并构建了整个供应链的信用保证，以确保整个供应链的协同发展。最后对基于4PL的供应链协同模型的制度体系构建进行了分析。
