代际划分视角下矿工不安全行为研究

摘要: 在计划行为理论(TPB)和健康行动过程取向理论(HAPA)的基础上构建了矿工不安全行为整合理论模型,并以代际划分为研究视角,探讨新生代矿工不安全行为产生的特点。研究通过问卷对468名矿工进行了不安全行为调查,并利用多群组结构方程模型的方法对整合理论模型进行了实证检验,结果显示:与其他矿工群体相比,新生代矿工在不安全行为产生路径上存在显著差异;新生代矿工不安全行为态度对于行为意向的影响较低,应对计划的中介效应较低;不安全行为的风险知觉和主观规范能够直接影响新生代矿工不安全行为意向。

Abstract: Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and the health action process approach (HAPA), this study constructed a integrated model of miners’ unsafe behaviors to explore the new generation of miners’ unsafe behavior mechanisms from the perspective intergeneration. Participants were 468 miners, and they completed the questionnaire. A method of structural equation model was used to test the integrated model. The result shows that there are significant differences on unsafe behaviors between the new generation of miners and others. For the new generation of miners, the influence of unsafe behavior attitudes to behavioral intention is less than others. The mediated effects of response plans are less than others. Risk perception and subjective norms can directly affect the new generation of miners ’unsafe behavior intention
