摘要：
本文在关系交换理论的基础上以中国354家合资企业为研究对象，实证分析了关系、信任（能力信任、善意信任）对合作与伙伴机会主义的影响。结果表明：关系对能力信任以及善意信任存在正向影响，但影响的效果并不相同，其对善意信任的影响高于对能力信任的影响；能力信任和善意信任对合作也存在正向影响，比较而言，善意信任对合作的影响程度显著大于能力信任对合作的影响。此外，企业的能力信任和善意信任对伙伴机会主义产生负向影响，与对合作的影响不同的是，能力信任比善意信任对伙伴机会主义的影响更大。

Abstract:
Based on relational exchange theory,this paper employs data collected from 354 manufacturing firms in China to empirically examine the effects of guanxi on trust （competence trust, goodwill trust）,and explore the effects of competence trust and goodwill trust on cooperation and partner opportunism in joint ventures.The results indicate that guanxi exerts a significant influence on competence trust and goodwill trust.However,the impact is different.The influence of guanxi on goodwill trust is greater than on competence trust.Additionally, competence trust and goodwill trust have a positive effect on cooperation.In comparison,the influence of goodwill trust on cooperation is significantly greater than that of competence trust.The results also reveal that competence trust and goodwill trust help to deter partner opportunism.Unlike the previous results, the effect of competence trust on partner opportunism is significantly greater than than that of goodwill trust.
