外部知识搜索策略对企业创新绩效的影响机制研究

Impact of External Knowledge Search Strategy on Innovation Performance

摘要: 快速创新使得企业外部知识搜索显得尤为重要,而不同的搜索策略会对企业产生不同的创新绩效效应。本文基于企业层面,从正式-非正式知识搜索视角出发,考察深度/宽度优先的知识搜索策略对企业创新绩效的影响机制,探讨关系嵌入性和知识缄默性在外部知识搜索策略影响企业创新绩效时的调节作用。以长三角地区161家企业为样本运用回归分析进行实证研究,发现关系嵌入性显著正向调节深度优先的正式/非正式知识搜索策略与企业创新绩效关系;知识缄默性显著正向调节宽度优先的正式知识搜索策略与企业创新绩效关系。

Abstract: External knowledge search plays a critical role with rapid innovation. Different search strategy results in different innovation performance. From the perspective of formal/informal knowledge search,with the impact of depth-driven/breadth-driven knowledge search strategy on innovation performance,the modificatory effect of relational embeddedness and knowledge tacitness is discussed.Through the investigation and empirical analysis of 161 questionnaires, we found relational embeddedness has a positive modificatory effect between depth-driven formal/informal knowledge search strategy and innovation performance, and knowledge tacitness has a positive modificatory effect between breadth-driven formal knowledge search strategy and innovation performance.
