幸福的测度:一个测量范式的综述

摘要： 本文在总结多种幸福涵义理解理论的基础上,基于客观条件、自我及主观幸福的关系提出幸福整合模型,区分了幸福的四种测量范式:生活质量幸福测量、情绪状态幸福测量、自我完善幸福测量及日常体验幸福测量,并对这四种测量范式的主要研究分别进行阐述,以更为充分地描述幸福的不同测度,为幸福感的提升提供思路。最后提出在国民幸福测量中,幸福测量范式的全面融合已成为趋势,并对经合组织(OECD)的主观幸福测量模版、英国国家统计局(ONS)的国民幸福测量模版及欧洲社会调查(ESS)的个人与社会幸福测量模版进行了介绍,从而为政府改善民生,制定经济与社会政策提供借鉴。

Abstract: Measure of happiness has always been an important part of the study of happiness. On the basis of summarizing understanding theory of various happiness meanings, this paper, from the perspective of the objective conditions and the relationship between self and subjective well-being, puts forward an integrated model of happiness, and distinguishes the four measurement Paradigms of happiness: quality of life happiness measurement, emotional state happiness measurement, self-perfection happiness measurement and everyday experience happiness measurement. The paper further expounds the main researches of the four measurement Paradigms respectively so as to fully describe the different measures of happiness and provide ideas for the promotion of individual happiness. Moreover, it is suggested that the comprehensive integration of four measurement Paradigms has become a trend in the national happiness measurement. The paper also gives a detailed introduction of the subjective well-being measurement master plate of OECD, the national happiness measurement master plate of ONS and the individual and society happiness measurement master plate of ESS, providing a reference for the government to improve people's livelihood and formulate economic and social policies.
