摘要：

本文通过山东省五县(区)477名新生代回流农民工的问卷数据,运用Ordered Logit和SEM模型对这一群体的总体生活满意度、分满意度及其影响因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明,86.6%的受访者对总体生活表示“很满意"和“基本满意",且受到生理需求、安全需求、情感需求和自我实现需求的显著影响;人均年收入、个人发展空间、社会保障水平、工作技能发挥程度、城镇融入度与生活满意度水平呈正相关,获得的就业和创业指导越多,其生活满意度评价越高。

Abstract:

Using 477 new-generation returned migrant workers' questionnaires in five counties of Shandong province, this paper makes a regression analysis of their overall life satisfaction, sub-satisfaction and influencing factors by Ordered Logit model and SEM model respectively. The empirical results show that 86.6% of respondents were “very satisfied” or “basically satisfied” with life, and overall life satisfaction is significantly affected by physiological needs, security needs, emotional needs and self-actualization needs. Their income, personal development, social security, skills and the degree of integration into the town are positively related to their overall satisfaction. The more employment or business guidance they can gain from relevant departments, the higher their overall life satisfaction is.
