生产性服务业外包对中国制造业分工地位的影响——基于全球价值链视角的分析

摘要： 本文利用世界投入产出表,分别测算中国制造业各行业2001~2011年全球价值链分工地位及各行业的生产性服务外包率,再采用系统GMM方法分析生产性服务外包是否有效提升中国制造业行业在国际上的分工地位。研究结果发现,生产性服务外包整体上对中国制造业行业的国际分工地位作用不明显,但不同技术层级的结果存在差异。低技术行业总的生产性服务外包对其分工地位具有抑制作用,且离岸型和在岸型生产性服务外包均抑制其分工地位提升;中等技术行业和高技术行业总的生产性服务外包促进其分工地位上升,在岸型生产性服务外包提升其分工地位,而离岸型生产性服务外包显著抑制这两类行业的分工地位提升。

Abstract: This paper uses the world input-output table to measure Chinese manufacturing industry's international division status and productive outsourcing rate in 2001～2011 respectively, and then applies the system GMM method to analyze whether the producer services outsourcing effectively promotes the international division status of Chinese manufacturing industry. The study finds that the producer services outsourcing generally does not have significant impact on the international division status of Chinese manufacturing industry, but R&D spending can contribute to enhancing the division status of Chinese manufacturing industry. Further study reveals that there are significant differences at different technological levels within the industry. Productive outsourcing services have a significant promoting effect for the division status of high-tech industry, but a significant inhibitory effect for the division status of low-tech industry. Moreover, onshore producer services can enhance the division status of the manufacturing industry, while offshore producer services will inhibit the upgrading of manufacturing industry's division status.
