垂直专业化分工与服务业全要素生产率——基于中国服务业分行业的实证研究

摘要： 本文利用WIOD的2005~2014年世界投入产出表,分析垂直专业化分工对中国服务业全要素生产率的影响。研究结果显示,服务业垂直专业化与全要素生产率之间存在正相关关系,提高垂直专业化水平有助于全要素生产率增长。进一步研究发现,服务业垂直专业化主要通过促进技术进步来提升全要素生产率增长,而对技术效率和规模效率的提升没有显著影响。分组估计结果发现,在垂直专业化水平较高的服务业行业,垂直专业化主要通过促进技术进步来提升全要素生产率增长,而低垂直专业化服务业行业则通过提升规模效率来促进全要素生产率增长。据此,进一步深化服务业垂直专业化分工、引导服务业FDI的行业流向是未来提升服务业全要素生产率的可行之策。

Abstract: Using the world input and output table of WIOD between the years of 2005 and 2014, this paper analyzes the impact of the vertical specialization of China's service industry on its total factor productivity. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the vertical specialization of service industry and its total factor productivity, the rise of the vertical specialization level will contribute to the increase of the total factor productivity. Further research shows that the vertical specialization of the service industry promotes the growth of the total factor productivity mainly through enhancing the technological progress in the service industry, while it has no significant impact on the promotion of the technical efficiency and the scale efficiency. Group estimates find that, in the sectors with higher degree of the vertical specialization, the vertical specialization promotes the growth of TFP mainly by promoting the technological progress, while in the sectors with lower level of the vertical specialization, it is through the channel of increasing the scale efficiency to promote the growth of TFP. The conclusions of this paper show that further deepening the vertical specialization in the service industry, and guiding the FDI flows in the service industry are feasible ways to improve TFP in the service industry in the future.
