远程办公对员工越轨创新行为的影响研究——角色宽度自我效能和工作重塑的链式中介模型

摘要: 基于工作要求-资源模型,探讨角色宽度自我效能和工作重塑在远程办公与员工越轨创新行为间的多重链式中介效应,通过403份两阶段有效样本数据的实证研究发现:远程办公对员工越轨创新行为存在显著正向影响;角色宽度自我效能与工作重塑在远程办公对员工越轨创新行为的正向影响中既分别起到部分中介作用,也共同起到链式中介作用。

Abstract: Based on the job demand-resource model, this paper explores the multiple chain mediating effects of role breadth self-efficacy and job crafting on the relationship between telecommuting and deviant innovation behaviors of employees. The empirical research of 403 two-stage valid sample data finds that telecommuting has a significant positive effect on deviant innovation behaviors of employees. Role breadth self-efficacy and job crafting not only play a partial mediating role, but also jointly play a chain mediating role in the positive effect of telecommuting on employees' deviant innovation behavior.
