城市群生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚对企业创新的影响

摘要： 本文通过匹配2007—2019年19大城市群与A股上市公司的数据,实证检验城市群生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚对企业创新的影响。研究结果发现:城市群“两业”协同集聚对企业创新产生倒U形影响,经一系列稳健性检验后结论依然可靠;资源配置效率、知识溢出和成本费用在倒U形关系的形成中起到了中介作用;在突破式创新、国有企业、供应链下游及制造业样本中,倒U形影响的拐点更晚到来;在企业合作创新和非国有企业创新中,城市群“两业”协同集聚对企业创新的影响效应呈现为U形。上述结论揭示应通过规划和引导生产性服务业与制造业在城市群空间范围内协同集聚,为推动产业价值链攀升和企业创新提供理论支撑和施政“靶点”。

Abstract: This paper empirically examines the impact effect of the coordinated agglomeration of productive service industries and manufacturing industries in urban agglomerations on enterprise innovation by matching the data of 19 major urban agglomerations and the A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2019. The research results reveal that the coordinated agglomeration of the “two industries” in urban agglomerations has an inverted U-shaped impact on enterprise innovation. After a series of robustness tests, the conclusion remains reliable. Resource allocation efficiency, knowledge spillover and cost expense play mediating roles in the formation of the inverted U-shaped relationship. In the samples of breakthrough innovation, state-owned enterprises, downstream supply chains and the manufacturing industry, the inflection point of the inverted U-shaped impact arrives much later. As for enterprise's cooperative innovation and non-state-owned enterprise innovation, the impact effect of the coordinated agglomeration of the “two industries” in urban agglomerations on enterprise innovation presents a U-shaped pattern. The above conclusions reveal that through planning and guiding the coordinated agglomeration of productive service industries and manufacturing within the spatial scope of urban agglomerations, theoretical support and policy “targets” should be provided to promote the upgrading of industrial value chains and enterprise innovation.
