数字化转型、信息动态能力与绿色创新质量

Digital Transformation, Information Dynamic Capabilities and Green Innovation Quality

摘要: 随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,企业数字化转型成为驱动绿色创新质量提升的重要途径。本文基于资源基础理论和信息动态能力理论,利用2013—2023年中国A股制造业上市公司面板数据,探讨数字化转型对企业绿色创新质量的影响机制。研究发现,数字化转型显著提升了制造企业绿色创新质量。机制检验表明,数字化转型通过提高信息感知能力、信息吸收能力和信息运用能力来促进制造企业绿色创新质量提升,且三种信息动态能力形成了链式中介效应,数字金融正向调节数字化转型对制造企业绿色创新质量的促进作用,而数字人力资本的调节效应不显著。异质性分析表明,在国有企业、高科技企业、非重污染企业及低绿色创新质量企业中,数字化转型对绿色创新质量的促进作用更显著。研究系统揭示了数字化转型影响制造企业绿色创新质量的机制,为数字时代制造业高质量发展提供了经验证据。

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the digital economy, corporate digital transformation has become a crucial pathway to driving the quality improvement of green innovation. Based on the resource-based theory and information dynamic capability theory, this study utilizes the panel data from China's A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2023 to explore the impact mechanism of digital transformation on the quality of corporate green innovation. The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances the quality of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises. Mechanism tests indicate that digital transformation promotes the quality of green innovation by improving information perception, absorption, and utilization capabilities, and that these three information dynamic capabilities have formed a chain mediation effect. Digital finance positively moderates the effect of digital transformation on the quality of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises, while the moderating effect of digital human capital is insignificant. Heterogeneity analysis further demonstrates that the positive effect of digital transformation on green innovation quality is more pronounced in state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises, non-heavy-pollution enterprises, and firms with low green innovation quality. The study systematically elucidates the mechanisms through which digital transformation influences the quality of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises, providing empirical evidence for the high-quality development of the manufacturing sector in the digital era.
